Strategic Hospitality was founded in 2006 and currently holds nine hospitality businesses in Nashville with various concepts that have contributed to the fabric of the city’s dining culture. With a focus on creating places where they want to go that aren’t yet available in the city, owners Benjamin and Max Goldberg have built a restaurant group with a unique and dynamic portfolio.
As a company, Strategic Hospitality has never put emphasis on marketing efforts like market research and advertising. Instead, attention is placed on consistently offering a really great product at a good value with genuine hospitality.

Take-Aways:
1. Don’t evaluate what you do 100 percent on the bottom line – evaluate what you do on whether
or not you believe in it.
2. Trending locations aren’t the only answer to a successful business.
3. Market research won’t always give you the answers you need to be successful.
