Stadium Operations Manager, John Williams, will lead the guided tour and make a special stop to discuss the recent updates to the Nissan Stadium Special Events Department and provide unique insight on what putting on events such as CMA Fest, nationally televised football games and sold out stadium tours truly entails. Following his retirement from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service, John is now entering his first full season with the Titans, having joined the club after being a part of the first ever fellowship program sponsored by the Tennessee Titans, FedEx and USO Pathfinder program. The Program was an opportunity for veterans transitioning from the military to gain workforce experience.
Mascot Coordinator, Justin Sullivan, will be the highlight of the tour as he shows the group the newly renovated T-Rac Den! See the famous T-Rac chariot up close while learning about the Titans’ renowned Fuel Up To Play 60 School Show. Justin will be entering his fourth season with the Tennessee Titans and is the second person ever to hold the Mascot Coordinator position in Titans history. Justin previously worked with Big Al at the University of Alabama, where he earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees. Learn first hand from Justin how he develops different game day characters to ensure that they are strong representations of the Titans brand, while also being NFL fan favorites!
Cheer Liaison & Community Outreach Coordinator, Jacqueline Pfeiffer, will conclude the tour with an exciting overview of the new chapter of Tennessee Titans Cheerleading. Learn about the updates the organization is making to the program to elevate their game day performance and community outreach efforts, including the addition of the stunt base and stunt flyer role. After working with the Tennessee Titans Cheerleading Program since 2015, Jacqueline was promoted this past offseason to be the head of both the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders and the Tennessee Titans Drumline.
